Pastor – Roger Jasper
Pastor Roger Jasper has been the pastor of Living Faith since 2010. Married to Jessica, a hospital chaplain, since 2004, they share three children: Paul, Anna, and Junia. He loves to explore new places and spend time with old friends. Graduating with a BA from Georgetown College with a double major in Religion and Philosophy, then an MDiv from Baptist Seminary of Kentucky with an emphasis in pastoral care and counseling, he pursued his PostGradCert from the University of Manchester in Baptistic Histories and Theologies. Currently a research student pursuing a PhD in Theology at the Baptist Theological Study Centre, Amsterdam (formerly of Prague and Rüschlikon), Pastor Roger brings both academic expertise as well as pastoral care experience to Living Faith.
Family Minister – Pamela Dodson
Pamela Dodson joined Living Faith as Family Minister in September of 2025. She and her husband Lance have two daughters, Allie and Lorelei. Pam is a registered nurse and teaches nursing at Elizabethtown Community & Technical College. She holds a BSN from McKendree University and is currently perusing an MSN in Education from Bellarmine University.
Congregational Leadership
As a Baptist congregation, all major decisions with Living Faith are made by the whole congregation gathered together. Routine decisions are delegated to a Coordinating Council and congregations care is entrusted to the Deacons.
