Georgetown receives 0.50% of all undesignated gifts to Living Faith.
Georgetown College is a ministry partner because it forms students at the intersection of faith, learning, and service. The college’s mission is to offer a welcoming and challenging educational community, rooted in Christian love and service, preparing students to make a positive difference in the world. That mission is not abstract. Georgetown intentionally nurtures spiritual life on campus, describing its community as built on a Baptist foundation and shaped by God’s redemptive grace for all people and traditions, calling students to discern vocation and live as Jesus taught.
Living Faith values this partnership because Georgetown has long invested in the life of the church, not only by educating students, but also by strengthening relationships with congregations across Kentucky and offering opportunities for ministers to be enriched through lectures, seminars, conferences, and gatherings. The college’s Faith and Service ministry names its aim plainly, to ignite spiritual growth through a campus culture of prayer, worship, and service. Through the Marshall Center for Christian Ministry, Georgetown cultivates Christian ministry for the campus community and in partnership with the college, helping students connect calling with practical discipleship.
This work continues to grow. In September 2025, Georgetown announced a NetVUE grant to strengthen support for students exploring Christian leadership vocations and to deepen relationships with churches across the region. Under President Rosemary A. Allen, Georgetown continues to serve the Commonwealth as a Christian liberal arts college with a clear commitment to faith and formation.
